Caleotto rod mill j-v gets green light from European Commission
The European Commission has officially approved the acquisition of Caleotto wire rod mill by the Feralpi-Duferco joint venture, Kallanish learns from the EU merger authorities. “The proposed acquisition would raise no competition concerns because the overlaps between the companies' activities are limited”, the commission says in a statement.
