Essar Steel Minnesota secures funding to complete pellet plant
Essar Steel Minnesota (ESML) has secured funding to complete the construction of its open-pit iron ore mine, beneficiation plant and 7 million tonnes/year pelletising plant, Kallanish learns from Indian parent company Essar Steel. The project previously suffered from numerous delays since it broke ground in 2008 [see Kallanish, 17 Sep].
