EU merger authorities give green light to Hebei-Duferco JV
The European Commission has approved the acquisition of Duferco International Trading Holding (DITH) by Duferco Participations Holding (DPH) and Chinese Hebei Iron & Steel Group (HBIS), EU merger authorities tell Kallanish. Hebei has a 51% holding in the JV, Kallanish notes.
