ESI carbon capture project to free up gas for growing UAE industrial demand
Emirates Steel (ESI)’s joint venture carbon capture project with energy firm Masdar will extend the life expectancy of United Arab Emirates’ oil and gas production. This will free up natural gas to cater for the growing requirement from domestic industry, including the steel sector, according to ESI chief executive Saeed Al Romaithi.
