Duferco-Feralpi consortium acquires Lecco facility
The monitoring committee overseeing the sale of Lucchini’s Lecco wire rod mill has given the green light to the Duferco–Feralpi consortium to allow it to complete the acquisition. Italian longs producer Acciaierie Venete was the other bidder for the facility.
