Ukraine scrap deficit remains in April while exports rise further; Interpipe

Ukrainian mills continue to experience a local scrap deficit, which in April was 67,000t, or 17% of domestic requirement, according to local EAF-based steelmaker and seamless pipe producer Interpipe.
