Commerce makes final decision in PC strand duty sunset review

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has determined that revoking the antidumping duty (AD) order on PC strand imports from China would likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping.  This would be at margins up to 193.55%, DOC says.
