Commerce begins unfair trade inquiry of US tubular imports
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has begun its investigation into allegedly dumped and subsidised imports of heavy-walled rectangular welded pipe and tube from Korea, Mexico, and Turkey. The original petition was filed in July by nine US producers, including Atlas Tube, Bull Moose Tube, EXLTUBE, Hannibal Industries, Independence Tube, Maruichi American Corp, Searing Industries, Southland Tube, and Vest Inc (see Kallanish 23 July 2015).
