Commerce begins dumping, subsidy investigations of hot rolled imports
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has begun its antidumping and countervailing duty (AD and CVD) investigations of hot rolled flat products from a host of countries.
The investigations were initiated after a petition from producers AK Steel, ArcelorMittal USA, Nucor, SSAB Americas, Steel Dynamics Inc (SDI), and US Steel (see Kallanish, 12 August).
