KOSA: 'Chinese plate imports hurt us'
The Korean Iron and Steel Association (KOSA) says growth in imports of cheap steel plates from China are hurting domestic producers. Furthermore, China is increasingly breaking into the higher-value ship building plate sector, Kallanish notes.
