Chinese iron ore shipments from Port Hedland grow in February
Total iron ore shipments from Port Hedland in Western Australia’s Pilbara region to China upticked slightly month-on-month in February, according to statistics released by Port Hedland Port Authority and monitored by Kallanish. Total monthly iron ore export volumes from the port however fell again during the - albeit short – month, although average shipped tonnage/day increased from the January level.
