China's Nanjing announces production control plan
Jiangsu province’s Nanjing city has issued a production management plan for heavily polluters, including steelmakers, in the city. The plan will take effect if the Nanjing's Environmental Protection Bureau issues a pollution warning during 1 June to 30 September, Kallanish notes.
