China mills exploit export tax regime and confuse EU buyers, says Eurofer

Europe’s steelmakers association Eurofer is calling for greater protection against Chinese imports of boron-containing steel, and most notably imports of wire rod, rebar and bar, as well as hot-rolled coil and, especially heavy plate.
