China Travel offloads steelmaker, Jianlong likely buyer
The Hong Kong listed China National Travel Service Group (CNTS) is transferring control of 8.5 million tonnes/year steelmaker Guofeng Iron and Steel to another state-owned entity in a bid to streamline its business. China’s privately-owned Jianlong Group is likely to end up in control of the company however, according to Chinese media reports monitored by Kallanish.
