Spains' Celsa gets 12-month extension to settle debts: reports
Spanish rebar producer Celsa has obtained a 12-month extension to overcome its financial difficulties and avoid the sale of its Scandinavian subsidiary, Celsa Nordic, Kallanish learns from local reports. If however the company cannot by the next deadline repay the next instalment, which amounts to approximately €26m ($29.3m), Celsa Nordic could be put on the market, according to Spanish media sources.
