Canada investigates possible dumping of OCTG
Canada's Border Services Agency (CBSA) is beginning investigations into the alleged dumping and/or subsidising of certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) originating in, or exported from Taiwan, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, and Vietnam.
