Competition authority approves AMNS India’s Essar assets acquisition
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the acquisition of Essar Group assets by ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, CCI informs in a press release seen by Kallanish.
The proposed combination involves Essar power assets, port assets and others.
