Borusan Mannesmann bags large US pipeline order
Borusan Mannesmann Boru (BMB) has secured a $152 million contract to supply spiral welded steel pipe for the construction of a 321km pipeline in the US state of Pennsylvania, Kallanish learns from Turkey’s largest pipemaker.
Production of the 30-42 inch diameter pipe will take place in the fourth quarter at BMB’s main plant in Gemlik, near Bursa. Product will be shipped to the port of Philadelphia throughout 2016. It is BMB’s third major co…
