BNA commissions new autosheet galvanizing line
Baosteel NSC Automotive Steel Sheets (BNA) has begun final commissioning of its No. 4 hot dip galvanizing line. The 50-50 joint venture between China’s Baosteel and Japan’s Nippon Steel and Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) will have 1.67 million tonnes/year of galvanized autosheet capacity once commissioning is complete, Kallanish notes.
