Altos Hornos de Mexico invests in new power plant
Mexican steelmaker Altos Hornos de Mexico (Ahmsa) is expected to complete the construction of a new power plant in the third quarter of 2016, Kallanish learns.
The new facility, which has required an investment of approximately $46 million, is currently being developed in collaboration with the Mexican turnkey contractor Madisa and is 35% complete, sources say.
