Terni expects output hike following Turin plant transfer
Italy’s Acciai Speciali Terni (AST) will transfer a finishing line from Turin to Terni in Umbria within 12-14 months, ceo Lucia Morselli confirms after the hearing held in the Italian senate on 18 February. The installation of the line is expected to be concluded by the first quarter of 2016 and will increase AST’s production by 20%, Kallanish understands.
