90 Hebei steel companies fail emission permit approval
The Hebei Environmental Protection Administration has circulated some results from its 2017 review of steel companies' emissions approvals. A total of 90 steel companies failed to obtain the emission permits due to relocation, illegal/backward capacity and production restriction issues, Kallanish notes.
