Italian car output drops further in 2020
Italian passenger car output increased significantly again in December, confirming four months of consecutive growth, Kallanish notes from preliminary data released by local carmakers' association Associazione Nazionale Filiera Industria Automobilistica (Anfia).
Passenger car output registered a sharp increase of 47.5% on-year in December to 61,000 units. For the entire 2020, however, output was 450,000 units, down 17% y-o-y, Anfia says.
