Italian vehicle output slumps in 2019
Italian car output dipped in both December and full-year 2019. The December dip is the 18th consecutive negative monthly figure, says local carmakers' association Associazione Nazionale Filiera Industria Automobilistica (Anfia) in a report monitored by Kallanish.
Passenger car production in Italy fell by -19% year-on-year in 2019 and also declined in December by -25% compared to December 2018.
