Xpeng launches second-hand car certification programme
Chinese smart EV company Xpeng is launching a second-hand car certification service, along with a smart express service, Kallanish reports.
The so-called X-CERTIFIED is the official programme offering customers the chance to purchase a used Xpeng and have peace of mind the vehicles are of high-quality.
