Volkswagen Group's BEV deliveries rise 48% in H1 2023
Volkswagen Group reported on Friday a 48% on-year increase in its battery electric vehicle (BEV) sales in the first half of 2023 driven mainly by European demand, Kallanish reports.
The German carmaker delivered a total of 321,600 BEVs globally, compared with 217,200 units in the same period a year ago. Volume growth was led by the European market, where the group claims leadership in the BEV segment.
