Vale's nickel production falls, sales rise
Brazil-based mining giant Vale has recorded an increase in nickel sales during third quarter as production volumes fell, Kallanish reports.
The company recorded nickel production volumes of 471,000 tonnes during third quarter this year, an on-year decrease of 21.7% from 514,000t.
