US state of Georgia attracts over $25 billion in investment in EV industry
The US state of Georgia says it has attracted over $25 billion in investments covering the entire supply chain of the emerging EV industry, Kallanish reports.
In a statement announcing an investment boost of $2 billion to a battery joint venture between Hyundai Motor Group and LG Energy Solution (LGES), governor Brian P. Kemp highlighted the state’s success in building a significant EV supply chain and creating over 30,000 jobs since 2018.
