RARE EARTH: Ucore Rare Metals, IBC Advanced Technologies reach 'amicable' agreement
Ucore Rare Metals and IBC Advanced Technologies say they have reached what they describe as an amicable settlement agreement, Kallanish reports.
In a brief statement, they say that IBC will purchase the molecular recognition technology (MRT) pilot plant in Utah for $1.175 million, pursuant to a series of payments, and the agreement also terminates the option to purchase agreement under which Canada-based Ucore was to acquire IBC Advanced Technologies.
