UAW announces ‘game-changer’ agreement at Ultium Cells
US worker union UAW announced Monday a deal at Ultium Cell that may set a new standard for EV battery workers in the country, Kallanish reports.
The UAW Local 1112 reached a “historic” tentative agreement in Lordstown, Ohio, with 1,600 UAW members set to benefit. The agreement will be reviewed in detail and a ratification vote will be held in the coming days.
