Toyota, Refire to develop batteries for commercial cars
Toyota has signed a contract with Refire Technology, a Chinese fuel cell technology provider, to jointly develop fuel cell systems suitable for commercial vehicles in China, Kallanish reports.
Since 2019, the two companies have been collaborating on implementing their equipment and technologies on commercial vehicles at various levels, including R&D, production and sales.
Toyota has been active in cooperating with Chinese companies on new energy businesses.…
