Toyota, Everfuel, DRIVR expand Danish fuel cell taxi collaboration
Danish taxicab carrier DRIVR expects to more than double its fleet of Toyota Mirai fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) in Copenhagen by the end of the year, Kallanish reports.
The hydrogen-powered fleet currently runs over 100 Mirais. The aim now is to increase these taxis to more than 200 this year to reach 500 Mirais by the end of 2025. The plan is supported by a three-party deal with Toyota Europe and green hydrogen supplier Everfuel.
