Tianqi Lithium's holding subisidiary to acquire shares of Essential Metals
Shenzhen-listed manufacturer Tianqi Lithium announced its holding subsidiary Tianqi Lithium Energy Australia (TLEA) has signed a scheme implementation agreement with the Australia-listed miner Essential Metals (ESS) to acquire all the shares of ESS, Kallanish learns.
