Tesla's Q1 deliveries reach new record high
Tesla delivered 422,900 new cars in the first quarter, an on-year increase of 36%, creating a new single-quarter delivery record, Kallanish learns.
The Chinese market contributed over 50% of Tesla's global sales during Q1. The sales increases were mainly the results of Tesla's price reduction.
In January and February of this year, Tesla China delivered over 66,051 units and over 74,400 units, on-year increases of 99.28% and 31.65%, respectively.
