Tesla moves a step closer to FSD launch in China
Tesla has reportedly reached a deal to licence Baidu’s mapping data on China’s public roads, a major win for the carmaker’s plans to launch its full self-driving (FSD) technology in the country.
Citing unnamed sources familiar with the matter, reports state the agreement was achieved during Tesla’s ceo Elon Musk’s visit to China over the weekend.
