Syrah Resources, Tesla must set anode final specifications by end-2022
Australia-listed Syrah Resources has disclosed further details on its graphite anode binding offtake agreement with Tesla announced late in December, Kallanish reports.
Tesla will offtake 8,000 tonnes per year of the proposed initial anode active material (AAM) production capacity at the Vidalia project in Georgia, which is set at 10,000 t/y. Supplies will run for four years, starting with commercial production rates.
