Stadler inks $127m H2 trains deal with California
Swiss railway manufacturer Stadler has secured a $127 million order to supply six hydrogen-powered passenger trains to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), Kallanish reports.
This adds to an agreement the duo signed last October for four hydrogen-powered trains, with an option to acquire up to 25 additional trains, the partners announced in separate statements.
