LITHIUM: SQM lithium sales rise, volume expansion confirmed
Chilean lithium producer SQM has recorded rising lithium sales volumes during third quarter and confirmed plans to expand its lithium production operations, Kallanish reports.
SQM detailed within its third-quarter earnings report total lithium sales volumes of 17,700 metric tonnes (Mt) during the period. This represents an increase of 56.6% from 11,300t during third quarter the previous year.
