SK On eyes 100,000 t lithium offtake from ExxonMobil
South Korean battery manufacturer SK On is planning on taking as much as 100,000 tonnes of lithium supply from ExxonMobil’s proposed project in Arkansas, US.
The companies have inked a non-binding MOU for a potential multi-year offtake agreement. “Further details, including the contract period and the supply volume, will be discussed at a later stage,” SK On said Wednesday.
