Sayona Mining produces first NAL spodumene concentrate in Quebec
Sayona Mining says it has produced the first commercial-grade spodumene concentrate at its North American Lithium operation in Quebec, Kallanish reports.
The Australia-based company says it has produced 1,200 tonnes including SC6 (6% lithium grade) as Sayona Mining and partner Piedmont Lithium restart the NAL operation at La Corne, Quebec. The mine and processing plant were shut down in 2017.
