Russian EV sales increase in November
Russian domestic sales of electric vehicles (EVs) surged in November, according to data from analytical agency Autostat monitored by Kallanish.
Total EV sales rose 53% year-on-year to 425 units. Year-to-date, sales totalled 4,800 units, which is 60% more than in January-November 2019.
