Russian EV sales increase, first domestic production looms
Russian domestic sales of electric vehicles (EVs) surged in October, according to data from analytical agency Autostat monitored by Kallanish.
Total EV sales rose 75% year-on-year to 608 units. Year-to-date, sales totalled 4,400 units, which is 60% more than in January-Оctober 2019.
