Rosatom study’s hydrogen supply, output with Romania’s Lukoil refinery
Rusatom Overseas, part of Russian nuclear energy company Rosatom, and Russian oil company Lukoil have signed a memorandum of intent on the development of green hydrogen for Petrotel-Lukoil refinery located in the city of Ploesti, Romania.
