Rosatom looks at China for Sakhalin hydrogen development
Rosatom Overseas, a subsidiary of Russian state nuclear company Rosatom, and Chinese Energy Company, part of China Energy Engineering Group (CEEC), signed a MOU for a hydrogen project on the island of Sakhalin, Kallanish notes.
