Romania halts €1 billion H2 train order from Alstom-Linde consortium
Romania’s railway reform authority ARF has reportedly cancelled the procurement procedure for 12 hydrogen-powered trains from a consortium led by Alstom and Linde.
The move is said to be due to the submission of a single non-compliant bid, Kallanish notes. ARF did not reply to a request for comments before deadline.
