Renault, Geely launch hybrid, alternative fuel powertrain JV
France’s Renault Group and China’s Geely announced on Friday their 50-50 powertrain technology joint venture has been created, Kallanish reports.
The so-called Horse Powertrain Limited was registered in London, UK on 31 May after receiving authorities’ clearance, and follows an agreement inked in July 2023.
