RARE EARTH: Ucore signs MOA with Alaska on funding metals complex
Canada-based Ucore Rare Metals says it is executing a memorandum of agreement with Alaska’s Southeast Conference for the funding of a facility to process rare earths and other critical minerals, Kallanish reports.
