RARE EARTH: Search Minerals enlarges Labrador land holdings
Search Minerals is acquiring additional acreage in eastern Canada for its rare earth plans, Kallanish reports.
The Canada-based company has acquired an option on 24 claims that together total 6 square kilometres or 600 hectares in west-central Labrador for CAD 200,000 ($161,400) and 1.6 million common shares. Search Minerals is also granting sellers Roland Quinlan and Eddie Quinlan a 3% Net Smelter Return Royalty.
