RARE EARTH: NioCorp exercises Nebraska land option on Elk Creek project
Colorado-based NioCorp Developments Ltd says it has exercised an option-to-purchase agreement on a key parcel in southeast Nebraska for its Elk Creek superalloy materials project, Kallanish reports.
The deal, announced on Monday, gives NioCorp ownership of the mineral rights to more than 90% of the project’s mineral resources and mineral reserve. Details of the acquisition were not released.
