RARE EARTH: NioCorp Developments files $200m shelf life registration
NioCorp Developments says it has filed a $200 million shelf life statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Kallanish reports.
Once approved by the SEC, the statement will allow the compamy the flexibility from time to time to offer and sell up to $200m of securities including common stock on a registered basis in the US. The specific securities and the terms of future offerings would be provided at the time of such offerings.
